Now, what can I say about this? My inspiration came from Claude Monet, a French painter well known for his water lily paintings. Did you guess correctly? As you can see, I love water lilies also. (I really love a lot of things.) But, while painting this one I felt the connection to Monet and his interest in his work. It's a great feeling.    Ray
