Can you guess why I painted this painting? I couldn't resist the puddle of water so nicely captured in the bottom of the boat. Look at its color. It just looks like it belongs there . . . warm and salty and maybe smelly too. It's just what you'd find on the floor of a row boat. I really like it!    Ray
