I originally painted this subject for a local Christmas card some years back. It depicts a dormer window of artist Elizabeth White's home and studio in Sumter SC which is now a part of the Historic Register of Homes. I did, however, take a little artistic license with the snow and icicles. It does snow in Sumter when conditions are favorable, but it hasn't lately. Now, who would chastise me for adding snow to a Christmas card scene?    Ray
